As a warranty-certified service provider with Briggs & Stratton, we will also handle any of your warranty claims for the duration of your warranty. 

You can come to us for troubleshooting advice, repairs, and maintenance services. Service contracts are available to ensure your generator runs smoothly.   

Is it April 1st or September 1st? If so, your generator is in a semi-annual “burn-off”. Since the weekly exercise times are short for certain newer models, those generators will run for about 45 minutes to make sure that all condensation in the engine is burned off. If it’s not April 1 or Sept 1, please call us!"
